Located in the centre of historic and thriving Tonbridge, this Porthaven care home provides 24-hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home. This was a special project but also one of multiple installations we did for Porthaven, which owns many other care homes.

Care homes have very specific needs for their kitchens and other catering requirements. Residents often need food prepared in a certain way and they have the requirement to keep it warm before serving.

Here at HB Catering and Refrigeration, we understand the needs of care homes and have vast experience of managing their bespoke needs. In this instance, we supplied and installed new canopies and tabling, combi ovens, refrigeration solutions and a dishwasher area.

We also supplied a range of bespoke equipment ranging from mobile heated trollies and blenders to racks and storage solutions.
