Another S.A. Brain-owned pub that we have been involved in, The Black Boy in Killay involved another extensive refurbishment. We installed a brand-new walk-in cold room and new freezer and refrigeration systems at the site. Also included in the project was an upgraded extract system that involved installing new connections into the roof of the building.

The kitchen was also upgraded. We installed new catering equipment including a Merrychef high-speed oven, fryers and grills.
