Previously home to the Terra Nova, this site was closed for six months and underwent a major refurbishment, which involved a complete revamp that resulted in tripling the kitchen capacity.

Some existing kit was refurbished by us and reused but the majority of the products were brand new and installed by us. These included a Flight-type dishwasher, the first of its kind that we have fitted.

Additionally, we installed glass washing equipment, coffee machines, a canopy system and tabling for the whole site. There were some bespoke elements to the fabrication in order to maximise the floor space, while the site also required extensive refrigeration installed.
